Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses across South Africa.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order. There's no minimum spend.

Delivery time

Please allow 8 to 11 business days from the day you order. Every order is packed and checked before it ships. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day. Some remote areas, peak periods and severe weather can add a few days.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Missed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please use an address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours. The courier will try more than once. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a courier fee.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 11 business days, or your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email customersupport@novaselect.co.za with your order number. We'll follow it up with the courier and keep you updated until it's resolved. If a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
